What we promise

  • Your published menu keeps working. It's the thing your guests scan at the table, so it's the thing we treat as most critical.
  • No price changes without your approval. No outage, bug or automation can change a menu price you didn't approve. That's a product rule, not an operational one.
  • Your data is exportable. Menu and cost data comes out as CSV whenever you want it, including on the way out.
  • We'll tell you when we break something. Fixes that were our fault go in the changelog alongside the features.
